Information you give us. When you submit a station request or contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, city and state, address, and any message you include.

Administrator accounts. Authorized administrators sign in with an email address and password. If an administrator opts in to SMS reminders, we collect their mobile phone number, verification status, consent date and time, time zone and reminder preferences.

Business prospect records. Administrators may record information about businesses they visit, such as business name, address, public phone number, contact name and position, and visit notes. Some public business details may be retrieved from Google Maps.

Technical information. Our hosting providers may automatically process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in.

• To respond to station requests, inquiries and support questions.
• To operate administrator accounts and our internal sales tools.
• To send opted-in administrators the SMS reminders they schedule.
• To secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

REPOWR sends business visit reminders and follow-up notifications by text message only to administrators who voluntarily opt in in their notification settings. Opt-in requires entering a mobile number, confirming ownership with a one-time verification code, and explicitly agreeing to receive messages. We do not text business owners, customers or members of the public.

• Phone numbers are collected solely for authorized messaging and account-related purposes, such as verification codes, scheduled reminders and test messages.
• Message frequency varies based on the reminders you schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also turn reminders off in your notification settings.
• We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• SMS delivery providers (currently Twilio) may process information as necessary to deliver messages and report delivery status.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for their service:

• Website hosting, database and authentication providers.
• Twilio, to deliver SMS messages.
• Google Maps Platform, to look up public business details and driving routes for our internal tools.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Administrator tools, prospect records and SMS settings are restricted to authorized administrators through access controls enforced on our servers. API credentials for messaging and mapping services are kept on the server and never exposed in the browser. Verification codes are stored only in hashed form. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We keep form submissions and prospect records for as long as needed to respond to and manage the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them. SMS settings are kept while an administrator account is active; turning reminders off or replying STOP stops messages, and the number can be removed on request. Reminder delivery logs are kept for record-keeping and troubleshooting. We may keep information longer when required by law.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
